SQL File Generator

The file contains a table creation statement and row inserts, the same parts a regular dump is made of. A file like this is handy for testing a dump upload form in a database control panel: those forms almost always impose a size limit, and it is better to find that limit in advance.

Padded with comments

The size is filled out with comment lines that start with two hyphens. The commands stay intact, so the file can not only be uploaded but also executed.

The table and column names are in Russian, which also tests how the engine handles Cyrillic in identifiers.
