Terms of Use
Current revision: October 23, 2026
1. General
These are the Terms of Use under which the MainSpy site administration provides access to the tools at mainspy.net and you use them. By opening pages and running tools, you accept these terms. If you have questions, use the contact form.
2. What the service does
MainSpy is a set of online tools: website and domain checks, network utilities, text and file tools, image tools, and code helpers. There is no registration, no accounts, and no paid features. Each tool works in one of two ways.
Tools that run in your browser. Files and text stay on your device and never reach our server.
Tools that work through the server. Some checks contact outside services: a domain lookup sends the domain name to registries and name servers. To see exactly what each tool sends and where, read the privacy policy.
3. Rules of use
The site is built for a person sitting at a browser, and automated use is limited. If you send frequent requests or large batches, you may be asked to confirm you are not a robot. Requests to third-party sites go out with pauses, and the site holds back the pace of requests to a single site.
You must not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to reach its internal sections, or use the tools for anything unlawful: preparing attacks on other sites, bypassing their protection, or collecting personal data without a legal basis.
When you check a site, domain, or address that belongs to someone else, you are responsible for having the right to check it. The answers the tools return come from open sources: they are not a legal opinion, an expert assessment, or evidence.
4. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. Tool answers come from open sources and outside services, and those can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong: a registry fails to answer, a third-party database holds an error, or a check runs out of time. We try to notice and fix such issues, but we do not promise accuracy for every single answer.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: failures, updates, and temporary unavailability of individual checks happen. Decisions based on check results are yours to make, and the administration is not liable for losses caused by such decisions or by the site being unavailable.
5. Rights to materials
The texts, code, and design of the site belong to the administration. You may copy site texts with a link to the page you copied them from. Data obtained from third-party sources belongs to their owners; these terms do not transfer any rights to it.
6. Changes
The terms change as the site changes. We do not send notifications; the date of the current revision is at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new revision.
