Words to Pages
Estimates how many pages your text will fill given the font, font size, line spacing, and margins.
Paste your text or upload a file, pick the font, font size, line spacing and margins, and the tool shows how many pages the text will take and how many characters fit on a page with these settings.
How far you are from the target length
Enter the number of pages you need, and below the answer the tool adds a line telling you how many characters or words to write or cut. The count is based on the average length of a typed line, so the text you add will fill pages the same way as the text already typed.
How close this is to Word
The count covers text only. Headings, tables, images, paragraph indents and automatic hyphenation also take up space on the page, so the finished document may have a different number of pages. Fonts come from your system: if the selected font is not installed, the browser substitutes a similar one and the widths drift slightly.
