Spell Checker
Highlights typos and repeated words with replacement options: fix with one button or word by word, in Russian and English, for texts of 50,000 characters.
The checker marks three kinds of findings: misspelled words, repeated words, and capitalization errors. Any underlined word can be replaced or left as is, which is useful for names and terms the dictionary does not know.
When there are many corrections, the "Fix all" button applies the first suggested replacement everywhere at once. The finished text can be copied with the copy button.
What is not counted as an error
Words containing digits, web addresses, and email addresses are skipped. Otherwise, product codes, links, and fragments of code would be underlined all over, and sorting through such results would take longer than proofreading the text by hand.
Repeated words
The checker looks for the same word twice in a row separated by a space: "in in the text", "already already". A line break does not count as a repetition: in lists and verse, a word at the start of a new line may legitimately repeat the previous one.
