Phone Number Extractor
Pulls phone numbers out of text and files with no duplicates, keeps extensions, and exports to CSV.
No numbers for the selected country.
Numbers in the text
Paste text or upload a file, and the tool pulls all phone numbers out of it. The same number written in different ways, such as “+7 (916) 123-45-67”, “8 916 123 45 67”, and “89161234567”, appears in the list once, with a count of how many times it came up.
Extensions and numbers without a country code
An extension (“ext. 5”) stays attached to the number. A number without a country code, such as “(495) 987-65-43”, is treated as Russian: it gets a +7 prefix and a “no code” tag.
Files and export
You can search numbers in txt, csv, docx, xlsx, and pdf files. A scanned PDF has no text layer, so numbers inside an image cannot be found.
The list can be copied in the view you choose or downloaded as a CSV file for Excel: number, extension, country, and how many times the number appeared.
