HEX to Decimal
Converts a hexadecimal number to decimal and back, exactly, for a number of any length.
The digits of a hexadecimal number are powers of 16: FF = 15 Γ 16 + 15 = 255.
Long numbers are converted exactly here. Calculators that store numbers as floating-point values start making mistakes after 253: 20000000000001 turns into 9007199254740992 instead of 9007199254740993.
