HEX to Binary
Converts a hexadecimal number to binary and back, with no limit on length.
Each hexadecimal digit maps to exactly four binary digits: F is written as 1111, and A as 1010. That is why the conversion goes digit by digit and stays exact for a number of any length: DEADBEEF turns into 11011110101011011011111011101111.
Leading zeros are not carried over to the result: 00FF and FF are the same number, 11111111.
