RGB to HEX
Converts a color from RGB to a HEX code and back, and understands any rgb() notation.
A HEX code is the same three RGB channels written in hexadecimal: two digits each for red, green, and blue. rgb(255, 99, 71) turns into #FF6347, and the conversion is exact in both directions.
The short form #F64 expands by doubling each digit into #FF6644. An eight-digit code such as #FF634780 also stores transparency: this form is not converted here, and the hint will tell you what to remove.
