HEX to ASCII
Converts bytes in hexadecimal notation to text and back, in UTF-8 or windows-1251.
ASCII covers the first 128 codes: Latin letters, digits, and punctuation marks. Cyrillic text is written as bytes of an encoding: "Привет" in UTF-8 is D0 9F D1 80 D0 B8 D0 B2 D0 B5 D1 82, and in windows-1251 it is CF F0 E8 E2 E5 F2.
With the wrong encoding, the text turns into a pile of odd characters like "Привет". If the bytes can be read in another encoding, the converter will tell you which one.
