Website Hosting Checker

Shows which hosting provider a site runs on and whose name servers the domain uses.

You can include https:// or not; Cyrillic domains are understood.

A site can live on one host while its domain is delegated to someone else's name servers. An answer like "the host is X" would miss part of that picture, so the tool shows the site and the name servers on separate lines.

This is where checks based on name servers often go wrong: they point to whoever runs the domain, not to whoever runs the site.

When there is no answer to get

If the site sits behind a shield or a content delivery network — Cloudflare, DDoS-Guard, Qrator — the visitor arrives at their edge servers, and the real server is hidden on purpose. The tool says so plainly and does not pass the shield off as the host.

An address for complaints

Most people look up a host to complain about someone else's site: stolen texts and photos, scams, spam. Network owners keep a separate contact for this, and it is listed in the registry — we show it.

Writing there makes sense when the site itself lists no contacts. The host does not judge the merits of a dispute, but it forwards the message to the owner and answers for what sits on its network.

Where to go next

The domain's address from every angle is shown by website IP lookup, and data about the address itself by IP lookup. Full domain records are gathered in DNS lookup, and domain registration details in whois lookup.
