PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, BMP, TIFF, PSD and SVG · up to 50 files at a time. Dimensions are read from the file header right in the browser; files are not sent anywhere.

Drop in your photos and see their size in pixels, the exact pixel count, megapixels, aspect ratio, file size, and format. Each file gets its own row in the table.

Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, BMP, TIFF, PSD, and SVG.

Print size

Below the pixel size, the tool shows the print size in centimeters and inches at the selected print density. Photo printing usually calls for 300 DPI; 150 is enough for a draft. The format table shows what density each paper size will produce: 300 DPI and up works for photo printing, 150 and up for a draft, and anything lower will show visible pixels. Sizes are checked in both orientations, so a horizontal frame is matched against a horizontal sheet.

Photo paper sizes are metric: 10×15 cm is treated as 100×150 mm. The inch-based 4×6" is about two percent larger, which barely changes the density estimate.
